- Salisbury Physiotherapy Clinic Ltd refers to the registered physiotherapy business, Company No. 12374917, providing mobile physiotherapy services exclusively at Clients’ preferred locations within the service area, with administrative registration at Crown Chambers, Bridge Street, Salisbury, United Kingdom, SP1 2LZ.
- Client refers to individuals receiving physiotherapy services from Salisbury Physiotherapy Clinic Ltd.
- Services encompass physiotherapy and related treatments, including but not limited to neurological physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal care.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Salisbury Physiotherapy Clinic Ltd’s Services, the Client agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions, upholding standards of professionalism and ethics. If a Client disagrees with any provision, they are respectfully requested to refrain from using our Services.
3. Services
Salisbury Physiotherapy Clinic Ltd offers premium physiotherapy services, including neurological physiotherapy, orthopaedic rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal treatments, tailored to each Client’s unique needs. Services are delivered by highly qualified, registered physiotherapists ensuring the highest standards of care.

4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and comprehensive medical history to facilitate appropriate treatment plans.
- Clients are expected to adhere to prescribed treatment plans, including recommended home exercises, as advised by our physiotherapists.
5. Fees and Payment
- Pricing: Fees are based on our current price list, provided at booking. Prices may change without notice, but increases will not apply to confirmed appointments.
- Invoicing: Invoices are issued monthly on the last business day and sent via email. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.

6. Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Clients must provide 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments via phone (07595285732) or email (info@neurophysiotherapy.co.uk). Cancellations within 48 hours may incur the full session fee and any associated travel costs. Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality

8. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
8.1 Purpose
For high-profile or VVIP Clients requiring enhanced privacy, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be executed to supplement standard confidentiality provisions.
8.2 NDA Process
A customizable NDA template is available upon request, tailored to your specific privacy needs. To request an NDA, contact info@neurophysiotherapy.co.uk with your requirements. Requests are assessed case-by-case, with approval at our discretion.
8.3 NDA Formulation
NDAs may be initiated by either party and will be mutually agreed upon in a separate document before sharing confidential information.

UK-based NDAs are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to UK courts. For international Clients, jurisdiction will be mutually agreed and specified in the NDA, ensuring impartiality and compliance with relevant laws.
9. Termination
Salisbury Physiotherapy Clinic Ltd may terminate Services if a Client breaches these terms or exhibits disruptive, harmful, or unsafe behavior, particularly in high-risk regions or situations (e.g., political instability). Termination may be necessary to prioritize the safety of Clients and staff, with decisions made based on specific circumstances. Clients may terminate Services with reasonable notice. Safety and security remain paramount in all decisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
Salisbury Physiotherapy Clinic Ltd is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from treatment, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Insurance and Regulation
Salisbury Physiotherapy Clinic Ltd holds professional indemnity insurance for treatment. Clients may request proof of insurance or regulation. Our physiotherapists are regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

16. Entire Agreement

18. Success Disclaimer

19. Force Majeure
Salisbury Physiotherapy Clinic Ltd is not liable for delays or failures in providing Services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or political instability. We will notify Clients promptly and reschedule Services where possible.
20. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these terms or Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be referred to mediation in London under the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) rules. If mediation fails, disputes may proceed to arbitration under English law, ensuring confidentiality.
21. International Clients
Non-UK Clients are subject to these terms under English law. Payments must be in GBP via BACS transfer, with Clients responsible for currency conversion fees. Cancellations and scheduling follow UK time zones. Dispute jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed, is England and Wales.
